  • Guest Count — to plan for event capacity

  • Confirming your RSVP via text message

  • Planning event logistics (headcount, seating, etc.)

By checking the SMS consent box on the RSVP form, you opt in to receive text messages from SwipeScapes RSVP. Messages may include RSVP confirmations, event reminders, and important updates.

  • Frequency: Up to 5 messages related to the event
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Your data is stored securely in a cloud-hosted database with encrypted connections. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. Data will be retained for the duration of the event and deleted within 30 days after the event concludes.
